 Skipping breakfast 
Research shows that breakfast skippers weigh more than breakfast eaters. Skipping breakfast is one of the reasons that make the body need more calories during the course of the day. Because you’re too hungry, you possibly want to eat everything you see. Skipping breakfast to lose weight will only increase your hunger and decrease yourhealth.
Experts say that people who are on a diet should strive for small meals a day, 3 meals and 2 snacks.  However, this is ignored by 95% of those who are working on weight loss and it really sabotages their attempts.
  Not drinking enough water 
According to experts, water helps reduce appetite so it should be consumed in the diet to promote fat loss. Water is also essential because it helps burn calories. You can substitute water with green tea ( with honey) or homemade fruit juice.
The body needs water to charge energy.  If the body is slightly dried out, the fat burning capacity will slow down. In one study, adults who drink 8 glasses of water/ day will burn more calories than those who drink 4 glasses of water a day. To avoid being dried out, you need to drink 1 glass of water before every meal and snack. Bear in mind to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables rather than cookies or chips.
 Lack of Sleep 
Think you’re doing yourself a favor by skipping sleep so you can work out more? The truth is, you’d be better off staying in bed and completing that sleep cycle because studies have shown that more sleep equals a healthier waistline.
 No exercise 
If you want to lose weight fast, in addition to the diet, you need right fitness modes. It is an immutable principle for a healthy body and slim waist as desired. Keep your workouts fresh by signing up for a spin class or mixing in different styles like yoga, pilates, tae bo or zumba from home.
